​Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value your time and the craft of our barbers. To ensure we can provide the best service to everyone, we have implemented the following policy:

1. Late Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee.

2. No-Shows

Failing to show up for your appointment without any notice is a "No-Show."

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

  • Future appointments may require a non-refundable deposit or may be restricted.

3. Late Arrivals

  • We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule you to avoid impacting the next client. In the event of a reschedule due to lateness, the late cancellation fee will apply.

Why we have this policy:

When you forget or cancel at the last minute, we miss the opportunity to fill that slot, and clients on our waiting list miss out on a service. These fees go directly to your barber to compensate for their lost time.

Note: We understand that emergencies happen! If you have a true emergency, please call us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to work with you.
